*Your wedding production team may consist from 2 to 8 members tailored to your specific needs
- Serve as your on-site event manager to ensure everything flows smoothly
- Includes two meetings: site inspection and wrap-up session
- Develop wedding day logistics and forward to vendors
- Sketch the layout of the reception floor plan
- Gather your guest list for proper table seating arrangement
- Greet and assist your guests as they enter
- Guide your guests to the cocktail area, direct them to the reception area

- On site supervision to oversee any issue that may arise
- Coordinate arrival time to meet and assist all your vendors

- Lineup wedding entourage at entrance for introduction
- Create an exciting entrance for "Mr. & Mrs." announcement
- Bustle bride's wedding gown as needed
- Discuss and prepare timeline with DJ/entertainment
- Distribute timeline to vendors and venue
- Light all candles and maintain lit thru the evening
- Assistance with special song and music selections
- Wording assistance for toasts, speeches, and invocation
- Create wedding itinerary for bride and groom
- Compile guest meal request for proper placement cards
- Oversee vendor commitments are being performed
- Such as photographer not missing any special moment
- Coordinate wait staff, servers, clean-up crew, and scullery as needed
- Making sure all of your wedding requests are in order
- Accommodate and ensure the comfort of your family and guests
- Ease the bride and groom into there first dance, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss, etc.
- Cue DJ/MC [entertainment] in keeping the wedding on schedule
- Provide guests with pins for the bride & groom dollar dance, if requested
- Supply you with a keepsake cake box designed for safe freezer storage
- Supply you with a zipper garment bag for your gown if changing into a second dress
- Decorate guest book table or portrait frame signage accordingly
- Layout of placecards with escort table design
- Distribution of presents, decors, favors, and incidental items
- Gather and pack all of your precious items and gifts
- Arrange for gifts and items to be taken to room or designated vehicle
- Final payment disbursements to vendors
- Design table with wedding color candy or snacks for guests to bag take-home treats
- Prepare wedding couple's meal-to-go
- Add romantic decor accents to bridal suite
- Guest transportation or taxicab arrangements
- Provide ongoing etiquette advice
